Man underwear production process: Custom Waistband - Custom Fabric - Cutting Fabric - Sewing - Product Finished - Packaging

Quality Control

1.Before Packing-After the completion of all accessories (such as washing label, belt, weaving label),
QC will check stitching, belt length, size and thread residue to ensure that the bulk goods are qualified.

2.After Packing-QC will check the packing,whether the inner packing is in good condition and undamaged.
They will check the gsm and others as well.

3.After-sales Service-If you need ,we can make order report after the order is completed to ensure that
you have a better understanding of the entire order execution process.


Package and Transportation

We often use 5-layer corrugated paper and 7-layer corrugated paper to make product packaging men boxes,
